New RNA-Puzzles Website at Github

Considering the unstability of the old RNA-Puzzles web server (ahsoka), a new low-level RNA-Puzzzles website has been release at github. Alternatively, the website can be accessed by rnapuzzles.tk.

Further, we have released the results of Puzzle 21, the Guanidine III Riboswitch.
